Does your dog like to take their sweet time on their strolls, or perhaps need to run around like an absolute nutjob for an hour? Are they shy and need careful introductions, or have a fear of other people or pets? Are they very little and old, or strong, young, and waaay too rowdy to handle sometimes? Don’t worry, just let me at ‘em!

Pupdates is a service ranging from simply walking your dog or actively helping train/manage their behavior, to various parts of upkeep like checking teeth, nails, and for any matted fur. There’s never any judgement, I’m just comfortable and happy fussing over and finding these things so you don’t ever have to worry if you’re missing anything that may be a problem (and trust me, as someone who’s had a LOT of pets, you’d be surprised what you can miss). With permission or upon request, I can trim matted fur, cut claws, clean ears, and do a very basic picking of tartar from teeth (which can often result in me finding loose teeth or other semi-urgent issues). Plus, aggressive or anti-social responses don’t scare me! If you find it hard to groom your pet because they get very upset, I’m always ready to give it a shot for you.

Walks are generally either solo or with two dogs maximum. This way they effectively receive the one-on-one time they deserve, and I will occasionally recommend pairing dogs that I believe will do well together. If you only want solo walks, they will cost slightly more than if you allow me to overlap your dog’s walk with another’s. I also make sure to be aware of who is allergic to what treats, and will keep an eye out on if they’re showing any signs of sickness or discomfort.
